Spiritual Awakening...and 2012

I wrote recently about “Spiritual Awakening”…it turns out this is an ongoing, lifelong story. I thought once that light bulb had gone off, that was it. I got it. I GOT IT!! I remember being so excited and needing to write just like I am doing right now.

I’ve had some new insights and new ideas about what this “awakening” is. Much of what originally occurred to me with regard to my “knowing” (not belief!), is still in place. I read any spiritual thing I can get my hands on and learn from all of it. About 5 years ago, I developed an intense thirst for spiritual information. It hasn’t let up and I have learned much. Oh, so much!

I’ve had my awakening, meaning, I understand now about what God is and what our relation to God is…and why we’re here…and what is going to happen to those of us who are “awakened” and what is going to happen to the rest who are not awakened. I’ve been seeking to understand this for several years now and this is another “I get it” moment for me. I GET IT…again!! This is all part of our awakening and as I said in the beginning, it’s an ongoing, lifelong process once it starts, not just a one-time moment! Just when you think you have it all figured out, new information will come in and these days it comes at a faster and faster pace.

Awakening means that you have an understanding of who God is (or Spirit, or The Universe or whatever term you prefer for the “Divine All That Is”). It means that you no longer feel and/or believe the lies of separation that have been told to us for thousands of years. You feel your connection to Spirit. It means that you understand that we are all Divine Godsparks with a piece of God inside of us, which many call their “soul”. It means that you understand that we are ALL eternal beings and you will never die. It means that you understand that God loves us unconditionally, no matter what. And that we all return to that same Source Energy when we leave our physical bodies. It means that you understand that there is no heaven and hell as is taught in many of the organized religions of today and that you also understand that when you leave your physical body, you continue on – forever. In my mind, Earth is hell; it is a place where horrible, unspeakable acts take place. Can you imagine that hell could be any worse? In my mind, Heaven is a place where we no longer have to experience these things. It means that you understand that you will keep coming back to this kindergarten here on Earth in the third dimensional realm so that you can have the human experiences on Earth that will allow your soul to develop. It means that you understand that when you have learned all the lessons your soul can possibly learn here on Earth and have an enlightened view of all of this, you will experience awakening and will ascend to the fourth and eventually fifth dimensional Earth. When you are awakened, your vibrational level is raised and when enough people are awakened, this in turn raise the vibration of Mother Earth and allows her to ascend to the next level as well. Spiritual study and meditation can help with your awakening as they allow you to tune into what is and always has been within. This is the message that spiritual masters like Jesus and Buddha were sent here to teach us. Unfortunately, man became greedy and wanted this power for only a select few so they chose to lay down laws, write books and form religions that tell us what we should and shouldn’t believe, most of them based on lies intended to keep people oppressed.

People are experiencing this awakening in record numbers these days. The fact is that there will be record numbers of us by the end of this year and many more who, even if they’ve not had true awakening, will have hearts of such pure intent that their increased vibration will assist in Mother Earth’s “Ascension”. When you have so many people who are either awakened or have such a pure heart all at one time, it raises the Earth’s vibration. This in turn raises us collectively to a new level of spiritual development. This means that there will be more positive things start happening than negative. This means that the world will start becoming the place that many of us have envisioned. This is going to be a world where people are kinder, less hurtful and more respectful to each other, and less hurtful to Mother Earth too. A world where tyrannical rule by a select few is going to come to an end. People will start treating each other humanely again. Nobody starving. Abundance for everyone. I pray and believe that I will see it in this lifetime. I have already seen evidence of it. People do seem to be kinder to each other here lately. All the people who are experiencing “awakening” are going to assist with this “Ascension”process.

There are groups of very highly evolved spiritual beings that have watched over us for millions of years. Some call them extra-terrestrials. Whatever term you prefer, the fact is they are out there, guiding us but only interfering in extreme cases. It is not their place to fix things for us, we must do this for ourselves. We do it by releasing and letting go of things that no longer serve us. Learning to let go of the duality we have been taught for many years is one of the first steps. This means that we understand that we are not now and never have been separated from God. People are abandoning institutionalized religion in record numbers because it no longer serves them and they understand that the separation from God that many of these institutions teach is a lie. There are also quite a number of people going to church for the first time because they feel the spiritual call and don’t know where else to turn. For the latter, they are just beginning their evolutionary process and that is fine because everyone is at a different place and everyone is where they are supposed to be. But once you become truly awakened, hang on because your learning comes at a faster and faster pace which can sometimes be overwhelming. When that happens, we fall back into old, negative behavior patterns and that is all a part of our evolutionary process. When I find myself slipping, I realize that I have not been meditating or studying enough. And so, I begin again.

Some of my sources are saying that people will die in record numbers this year. Nobody need panic over this, statistics show that there are record numbers of aging folks than ever before too so we would expect this. However, I have already seen several deaths in the first three weeks of this year of 2012. It is going to be fine. Many who do die this year will not have had their awakening and will be absolutely fine. Their souls will have a brief rest and then they will keep reincarnating until they have their awakening in some future life on the same Earth you and I are on now. Until they have this awakening, they will keep coming back to what is known as third density Earth. This is the density that the majority of those on Earth have been in for many thousands of years now. Think of third density Earth as the primary level very much like a kindergarten except this is about soul development. Ascension is where the majority of people that are on Earth now will be moving on to the next level, or fourth density Earth because of the sheer number of us with our collective higher vibrations. When enough people reach awareness, it raises the Earth’s vibrational level too and she will ascend to the next spiritual level of fourth dimension. It is law and it must happen.

I understand now that I have incarnated here in this lifetime to be a "lightworker" and to assist others with their awakening. One light at a time.

Spiritual Awakening

I recently told my family and friends about the Divine Guidance I have been receiving for several years now. I believe they took it pretty well and don't think I'm too far off my rocker yet. Some were more interested than others and that is absolutely fine. It is not my place or desire to demand that they be interested. It is only my place to make sure they are given the information.

That said, I have new information. Light bulbs keep going off in my head as the Divine Sparks of truthful information that I am being led to (that are coming to me at a very rapid pace these days, by the way) are making more and more sense. It is sometimes mind numbing and slightly overwhelming to try and process it all. The more I try and understand it, the more light bulbs are going off. And so....

I have since learned that what I previously described as an angel, is an entire group of very highly evolved, spiritual beings. We can not see them for they are in a dimension way above where we are at now, which is third dimension. Ancient people on this planet hundreds of thousands of years ago described them as the Annunaki. They were able to see them because they were more spiritually evolved than most of us are now. The human race went into a devolution with regard to it's spiritual development for many years and we are just now coming out of that.

You will hear people throwing around words like "ascension" and "awakening" and think...what is that all about? I know because many of the things I now know, I silently snickered at just several years ago. These are terms used to describe one's spiritual evolution. It is a journey that is different for everyone in terms of time, but similar in terms of knowledge and understanding. Everyone will reach this stage of their spiritual evolution at some point in time, whether in this lifetime or another.

The thing that is unique about everyone's spiritual awakening right now is that we are in a time period where people's spiritual awakenings are happening at a rapidly accelerated pace. By the end of this year, 2012, more people on this planet will be awakened spiritually than in any other time period in our history. There are forces in place right now that are working to rid our Earth of dark forces that wish to have global power and I've been told that they will no longer have power by the end of this year. This began several years ago and really became known globally last year with the uprisings in countries around the world by people who now realize that they have certain God-given, basic, birth rights. And they are letting the world know they will no longer tolerate oppression. It is not what God wants.

All of the fuss we have been hearing about "2012" has mostly been a bunch of media hype. The world is not going to end. The world is going to end....as we know it, however, meaning it is going to soon be a very different world. We will soon be coming into a time of much more peace on earth. It is my understanding that it is going to come much sooner than people realize.

There will be a window of time over the next few years that you will have to work on your own "spiritual awakening" if you wish to do so. Millions of us have been doing this for several years now and I have been "informed" that it is my responsibility to pass on the knowledge that I have been receiving (through Divine Guidance) so that anyone interested in their own spiritual awakening can benefit. I want to stress that I am not special in any way because I am receiving this information. Millions of people around the world are receiving the same information. Everyone will be at this place at some point in time.

Those that do reach it in this life time will move to the next level of spiritual development, and when they reincarnate in their next life time, they will be coming back to a much different place.
For those that do not reach spiritual awakening in this life time, that is absolutely fine too. You will have an opportunity to do it when you reincarnate in your next life time. The only difference is you will not be coming back to Earth to do your learning. This is not necessarily a bad thing. But you will go to a planet where the opportunities will be made available for you to develop spiritually.

So when you hear about Earth's "Ascension", it is happening as a result of a massive spiritual awakening of people around the world. The ascension process will be taking Earth from third dimension where we are now, into fourth dimension. Fourth dimension has a higher vibration level than third dimension. Everyone who awakens will have the ability to tap into the Universal Christ Consciousness. I have been told that the transition will be complete by the end of this year.

I have also been told that people will die in record numbers this year. There is a chance that someone you know will die this year. Now don't panic by this. It is only because their soul either chose to check out early or it was their originally planned time to die anyway. By the time these people pass, they will have either already had their spiritual awakening...or will be given an opportunity to do it in their transition back to Source Energy.

So what if this doesn't interest you in the least or you feel like you're not "getting it"? That is absolutely fine too. As I said, this is for anyone who IS interested. There is no pressure on anyone to DO anything at this point in time, unless they are moved to do so. If you feel the curiosity burning in you to try and better understand what I am telling you, than read on to find out what you can do to accelerate your own spiritual awakening and understanding.

First, I have been telling people to meditate. Now this was a difficult thing for me for years to understand, much less to do. But meditation is just a way for us to discipline our minds to stop all the "chatter" that constantly bombards it and listen. When you learn to listen, you can then get to a place where you can hear the answers to the questions you wish to ask.

There are many different ways to meditate and what works for everyone is a little different. I very much like "guided" meditations for learning because they are great for training the mind how to be still. You can go to YouTube and type in "guided meditations" and find one there that resonates with you. I have some I like that I will be happy to share with you, just let me know. You can start by just sitting in a comfortable position, either on the floor or in a chair. You may want to put your hands in your lap in an "open" position signifying your intent to receive information. State in your mind that you will only allow pure, positive Truth to come in.

Take several slow, deep, cleansing breaths. As you do this, picture the top of your head opening up to receive the Divine White Light of the Christ Consciousness. Picture this coming in through the top of your head as brilliant, white light. This light also has a pure, positive vibration to it. Now with every breath you take in, picture this white light coming in through the top of your head and also through your nostrils. See the white light filling up your lungs. As you breathe out through your mouth, picture any negativity leaving with each exhale. As you take in each breath, picture more and more of the Divine White Light coming in and filling up your being, until you can feel it all the way down to your toes. FEEL the light as it fills you up.

You can either cue your guided meditation at this point if you don't feel in a place to meditate on your own or you can go ahead and do your quietening of the mind if you are ready. If you are ready to move on without the guided meditation, then ask the questions you have been wanting to know. Ask them one at a time and then listen for the answers. As your mind starts to wander and starts to "chatter" again (oh, I have laundry to do, grocery shopping, etc.), recall it back to the quiet place. Sometimes I have to say quietly to myself "I will think about that later" so that I can return to where I was.

The more you practice this, the easier it becomes. You will find as you learn to meditate that the more you practice it, the more peaceful you will feel as time goes on. As you move closer and closer to your own awakening, you will be replacing the carbon-based cellular structure in your body with that of a crystalline-based cellular structure, which will better serve you in fourth density. Over time, you may even start to feel lighter!

Another thing you can do to assist your own awakening is to be more conscious of your thoughts and especially of the things that come out of your mouth. Make sure they are positive. If you find negative thoughts coming through, only you can change those. It may take a conscious effort at first, but the more you consciously practice this, the easier it will become to you until before long, it will just come automatically without you having to think about it. Make sure that anything you say to someone is 1)loving and kind; 2) purposeful and positive(is there a positive purpose in me saying this?). If it is not both of these things, let it go as it will serve no purpose.

The little ones being born in the last several years and in the years to come are already coming in knowing more about this than the rest of us. Awakening for them will be an automatic process, not a conscious process as we are having to go through. They are true light and pure, positive energy. Just watch them and listen to the things they wonder about. They have a knowing that children of earlier generations did not have.

I have seen this in my own granddaughter. Recently on a couple different occasions when I was watching her and her brother, I had been in kind of a down mood, feeling lonely and of course, sorry for myself. She loves to use up my post-it notes writing notes to everyone and both of these times she brought me a note that said "I love Gam Gam. Love is here. Love, Mayson."!! I did not have to say a thing to her but instinctively she knew how much that would brighten me up and did it ever. I told her "yes, love IS here, isn't it"? She just shook her pretty little head and smiled. She knew. Out of the mouths of babes.

Every one of you can do this if it is your desire. You can also do your own research into what I am telling you. The more you search, the better you will understand. Don't take my word for it. Find out yourself! Awaken!

Our Purpose Here on Earth...My Understanding

Our Purpose Here on Earth...is to seek "enlightenment" or "spiritual awareness". Enlightenment, in my view and understanding, basically, is finding and feeling your connection to God. Spirit, Creator, God, Source, Source Energy, Unity Consciousness, Divine Presence, Divine Essence, All That Is...are all names for the same thing. The Creator of All. This blog is going to tell you about some of the things that I have learned along the way in my search for my own spiritual awareness. I have been directed through Divine Guidance to share what I know with those that I love...which is everyone! Once you have reached a state of being "spiritually aware", you will have reached a true state of happiness. The more aware you are, the happier you will be!

You may say..."I haven't reached that state yet but I'm happy", to which I say, maybe you are more spiritually aware than you think! To some, these things are intuitive. To others, many have turned this intuitive side off through no fault of their own. It is the way they were taught by their parents...who were taught by their parents...who were...you get the picture. We are not pointing fingers at any one. It was a way that served mankind well at one time but it no longer does. It is time to learn a new way of being...the truth of who you really are. Eternal, Spiritually Divine, Beings.

Many of the truths I have been led to in the past few years are truths that, once I heard it and felt it in my heart, I realized that I had learned this once before but had forgotten it. It is a cumulative conglomeration of all the knowledge that has been received in this and other lifetimes. It is coming in very fast and my thirst for more knowledge is never ending. It is unlike anything I have felt prior to the last few years, but it is changing my life in many ways. And I continue to learn and will share as I am led and instructed by the angel that speaks to me. These truths are not new by any means and I don't claim to be the discoverer of these truths! This has been known by spiritual people and taught by Spiritual Masters for many years. Jesus was one of those Masters. Buddha was another. There have been many.

God, as we now know and understand, is not a giant "Father Figure in the Sky" who rules with an iron fist. That was my "human" picture and understanding of The Divine for many years! God, is an ethereal presence, one that is so far beyond our comprehension that we can not even imagine what He looks like. But we can find our connection to Him...and Her (There I go, "humanizing" God again!) It is said that our Earth is our Mother, and I like this idea. I believe that there must always be balance. Positive and negative. Masculine and Feminine. And Earth is a living, breathing organism, just like we are.

One of the things it is necessary to do as you seek enlightenment, is to figure out what lessons you came here to learn in this incarnation. We come here to incarnate into human bodies to assist us with the development of our soul. You will incarnate many times before you are able to move to the next level of existence. I believe one of the best ways to find out our own truth is to meditate. Much can be learned through meditation. It is not what some would have you believe. There are many religions that have strong feelings against meditation. There are many reasons why those in positions of authority would not want you to meditate. It is because they know that when you meditate, if you do it long enough, you will learn the power of your own mind. And it will astound you! Some say that they are unable to meditate, I say that anyone with a mind can learn how to do it! You must get rid of any fears about it and be able to totally let yourself go. It took me a lot of practice to fully grasp what meditation can do for you. It is truly a spiritual experience. I can explain it no other way but I will say it is what will bring you to understanding what you are in relation to God.

It will also be important for you to learn the "Universal Laws". Many of you have heard me talk about the "Law of Attraction", but did you know that it is one of 11 "Universal Laws"? These laws can be found at http://thelostuniversallaws.com/. If you search "universal laws", you will find that there are many versions of these laws out there, some with seven, some with more than 11, but these are the ones that I like best. They are from a nationally known speaker named Bob Proctor. Bob has spent most of his life devoted to teaching people how to use the power of their mind to find spiritual awareness...and ultimate happiness.

We all experience enlightenment in different ways. What works to bring me closer to my enlightenment may not be the same that works to bring you closer to your enlightenment. Therefore, it is not right to look at someone else and feel envy or jealously that they are feeling so enlightened and you are not. This is such a personal journey for each and every person that you cannot compare yourself to anyone else. Each must take their own journey. So while what I share with you may...or may not resonate with you, it is up to you to do your own search. I cannot do it for you, but I have a passion for sharing with everyone what has worked for me.

This brings to mind another important point with regard to reaching spiritual awareness. All of your actions are totally under your control. It is necessary to become aware of how you treat people...not only to their face but behind their back as well. It's that Golden Rule that my grandmother taught me that has stuck with me all these years. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Love thy neighbor as thyself. What you give to others you will get back tenfold. It is law and it can be no other way. Be careful with your words and your actions to others. Whatever you do, when you feel a reaction to a situation coming on, give yourself to a count of ten to make sure that what comes out of your mouth is positive and uplifting. If it is not positive and uplifting, it shouldn't be said. Period. There is no grace in offending anyone, nor in sending them bad thoughts. Ever.

Many of us have seen so much garbage by the time we become adults that we have turned off or at least dampened down our ability to be affected by so much of the negativity that we see on a day to day basis. Don't watch TV any more than you have to. I say it this way for I know that most people would completely disregard me if I said "Don't watch TV at all". Including myself! But I don't have cable and may watch TV a few times a month. And much of what I do watch is on pbs or Educational Television, have seen many good concerts the last few years. TV is intentionally programming you to be a more docile robot. People are much easier to control when they are robot like. (Is that what you want? Someone controlling your mind? I think not.)

So meditate. Get out there and do your own search on what I am telling you. There is no reason to feel frustration because someone you know or love is "getting it" and you feel you are not. That sounds like a good way to bring more frustration into your experience. Do something about it! It is not going to happen for you without your complete cooperation. It is not going to happen for you the same way that it did for anyone else on the planet. Everyone will describe it differently, but it is always good.

Read what is written by people like Bishop John Shelby Spong, Eckhart Tolle, David Wilcock, the Dalai Lama, Gandhi. These are all spiritual masters of their time and love to share their information for free. While I would say it is ok to spend some money to learn, i.e., purchasing a book or going to a conference. Don't become anyone's "groupie, though! Your learning has to come from within and there are plenty of sources out there to help you do this free of charge. So many people are offering their information. Be careful, too, because there are a lot of frauds out there looking to take advantage of people's gullibility and vulnerability. People seeking enlightenment, oftentimes, are in a vulnerable place. Learn to listen to your intuition. Pay attention to those red flags. Those are warnings for you to pay attention. If it doesn't feel right, move on. There are many truthful teachers out there looking to assist others. We have become known as lightworkers as we are helping to spread the light and the truth about who we are. Who you are.

Rest In Peace Jerry Hicks

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that I am posting this tribute to Jerry Hicks', husband of Esther Hicks, of the Abraham-Hicks teachings. Jerry passed on Friday, November 18, 2011. I will sincerely miss Jerry as he was a crucial part of the Abraham-Hicks group in that he often times asked the questions that were on most everyone else's mind. The Abraham teachings is where I first heard about "The Law of Attraction" that I have talked so much about on this blog and I have acquired many of their CD's, meditations and books over the years. My heartfelt condolences go out to Esther Hicks and her daughter as they go through this difficult time of Jerry's transition into Nonphysical form. Here is the email I received from her only moments ago:

Dear, dear Friends,

Our sweet Jerry made his transition into Nonphysical last Friday. How sweet the Vortex is feeling to him today!

Jerry said to me when we came together over 30 years ago that given the difference in our ages that it was likely “that I will cut out on you early,” to which I replied, “I don’t mind.” His joy of life and continual new discovery of purpose kept his life feeling fresh and we shared such joyous eagerness for life.

Over the years, Abraham has consistently insisted that there is no death. Again and again they have reminded us that there is only life and more life and more life. It has taken me some time to understand this, and I honestly must say I have not yet fully come to terms with it, but I do believe that in what we are calling Jerry’s death he is discovering the next logical step of life that Abraham has always been talking about. And at times I am catching a glimpse of the bigness of what Jerry is feeling and while I am still pretty mad at him for not sticking around longer to surprise and delight me in all the ways he has been doing throughout our 30 years together I accept fully that the next logical step of joyous life for Jerry was to be found in his re-emergence into Nonphysical.

Since 1985 it has been Jerry and Esther and Abraham and I believe with everything that I am that that has not changed. I know that Jerry will continue to be the third powerful point of the triad of Energy that makes up the Abraham experience and I am certain that his new vantage point will be, as it has always been, of advantage to us all.

I know for sure that Jerry will help me, in time, release my own personal resistance to physical death, because I will not be able to maintain that resistance and also play easily with him. And my desire to continue not only my Abraham experience but also my Jerry experience I am certain he will be the catalyst to help me do what Abraham has been trying to help us all do all along.

Once again, Jerry is out there leading the way for me. But the difference this time is that I must find the way. I am not there yet, but it is my absolute promise to myself that I will find the way, because it is the most natural thing in the world to do and because Jerry has provided for me the reason to do it.

I am eager about what is ahead and while I cannot begin to explain or even imagine the details of how it is all going to play out, I am certain that it will be fun.

I am such a fortunate girl, to have been able to play with Jerry and Abraham and all of you for so many wonderful years and I am so eager to continue doing more of the same for many more years to come. I feel certain right now that not only has nothing gone wrong, but things are going especially right. It will be different, for sure, but it will also be very, very good.

I’m feeling such love for you all, and for Abraham and most of all for Jerry. And as I have said to him a thousand or more times through the years, “Well isn’t life just a kick in the pants?”

11-11-11...Ascension has begun

Several friends came over to share the spiritual holiday of 11-11-11, what I call "Earth Ascension Day". We watched spiritual movies, did a couple of meditations to "Fire the Grid" and connected to the rest of the world that was also in the process of connection. It was a great feeling; personally I felt the vibrations in my chest as if my heart was being "tuned"...and indeed, it was. I have been watching Shelley Yates "Fire the Grid" movement and felt personally called by the symbols that she has received from the Light Beings that speak with her. Some people were expecting that "A-HA" moment and they may have gotten it or conversely, may have been disappointed, but for many more of us, the feelings were very subtle. But we know that in the days and months ahead, good things are coming. At the end of the day Friday, I knew I was going to sleep well. And I did and slept even better last night.

There are many who don't understand how I maintain such a positive spirit and attitude all the time. They see my posts on Facebook, most of which are uplifting, positive, spiritual quotes. I even had a friend ask me recently "How do you do it? I mean stay so positive all the time." Here is my answer to that question...

Four and a half years ago, I had an experience that changed my world. I came out of that experience a profoundly different person. Since that time, I have been led by Divine Guidance to many truths that ring so hard in my gut, I not only believe, I know them to be truth. I have had many great spiritual teachers and masters placed in my path. I am grateful for every one of them. At times, my learning has come at such a rapid pace that it has almost been overwhelming. I have done my best to keep up as I knew that I had to. I now look back at the person I was before my experience and see someone completely different. It is almost as if I am looking at someone else's life. It matters not to me whether anyone believes or not. I have knowing in my heart.

The things that I have been shown have led to an “awakening” of what and who I really am; what and who we all really are. We are all eternal light-filled beings. I knew I had a soul prior to my experience but I now know it in a much different way. I feel it. I am not unique; there are many of us around the world who have been led to this same truth. We are called light-workers and have received this information through Divine Guidance. And we have all been told we have a responsibility to share what we know with everyone who will listen.

One of the things I was told is that 11-11-11 is a very significant day not only for Earth but for all of mankind. It is a day to join in Collective, Christ-filled Consciousness to raise the vibration level of ourselves and the Earth to bring us into greater awareness collectively; awareness that we have Divine Power within us to change the world for the better. To become of one mind to make the world better, not only for those that are here now but for our children and our children’s children.

One of the people I have been led to is a woman named Shelley Yates. Shelley also had a profound experience as well and while her experience was different than mine, the outcome has been the same. I knew it when I was first led to her website. She has started a movement called “Fire the Grid” to help with Earth’s ascension into a higher dimension, a higher frequency. This is done by all of us raising our vibration levels, en masse. While I don’t know Shelley personally, I knew that I had been led to her website for a reason.

One of the ways we raise our vibration levels is by positive thinking. In recent years, I have surrounded myself with positive people. I have learned to focus on positive things and have had many spiritual teachers and masters placed in my path to help with my endeavors. It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher will be there. This couldn't be more true! I don't watch the news, don't read the newspapers. Some people are shocked by this! But those media outlets are filled with negativity. It is almost impossible to eliminate all the negative aspects of real life, but when I see something negative, I choose not to focus on it. When negative thoughts come into my head, I change them as quickly as possible. I have learned that I have the power to do this and I have been doing this for so long that it is now a habit. I don't even have to think about it most of the time.

I personally know people who struggle with this type of thinking but they also know that they desire a change in their lives. I think on some level they even understand that the change has to start with them. I've been asked..."why is it so difficult for me to change my negative thinking?" My answer to that question is because basically we are lazy and it is much easier to slip into old bad habits than it is to change those habits and adopt something different. But it's true, the change in the world will not come until we change ourselves and our own thinking.

The Power of Your Thoughts

Dear Family and Friends,

I am receiving Divine Guidance at a rather rapid pace these days. I feel I have a responsibility to share it with those that I love and that I feel I can help.

If you have been feeling extra fatigue, anger or irritability these past couple weeks, there is good reason for it. Our Mother Earth has started her ascension into fifth dimension. What does that mean exactly? It means that more and more people are becoming aware of the power of their thoughts and the vibrations that come from those thoughts. There are bumps in the road with every journey but this too shall pass.

If you have been feeling extra fatigue lately, listen to what your body is telling you and get that extra rest if you can. It is your body's way of recharging your energy. If you find you are feeling angry or irritable, take time to sit quietly by yourself and reflect on where those feelings are coming from. Meditate if you can. Thoughts are energy so try to shift that energy in a positive direction. Think of all the things you have to be grateful for. Start every day with an "attitude of gratitude". You'll be surprised what this can do for your mood. It is cleansing for the soul as well.

Try not to get too wrapped up in the worldly things that are going on right now. Turn off the news if you have to. If you find yourself getting caught up in discussion of politics or worldly matters, change the subject as this usually only leads to negative thinking, which in turn will bring negativity into your experiences.

Instead of focusing on how awful something is, focus on how you want it to be. Focus on it in such a way that you begin to feel what it will feel like when it is the way you want it. Then hang on to that feeling, that vibration for dear life!

When everyone realizes that this is what it is going to take to make changes in the world, only then will changes begin to happen. People who gather to protest anything only serve to bring more of that very thing into existence because instead of focusing on what they DO want, they are focusing on the very thing that they DO NOT want which in turn, only gives it more energy. Change will not happen until people realize they must focus on the things they DO want, not on the way things currently are.

How many times have you ever had the experience of getting up in the morning and right away something goes wrong and the rest of your day goes downhill from there? Maybe you've even said it..."my day started out bad and went downhill from there"? Sure, we've all said it. It is because, more than likely, when that first thing went wrong you took it as a sign that this was how the rest of your day was going to be and you got what you expected. Didn't you? You may have even thought "Oh great, this is going to be a bad day!" And your thoughts gave you back that negative energy you put out, didn't they? You know I'm telling the truth.

You must realize how powerful your mind and your thoughts are. Everyone has heard about "the power of positive thinking". Negative thinking is just as powerful. You must start becoming more consciously aware of your thoughts. When you find yourself thinking in a negative way, it is a choice you make to either continue thinking that way or to stop and change your thoughts immediately. If by the time you realize you are in a negative state of mind that you find it difficult to change your focus to a positive direction, then start by listing all of the things you have to be thankful for. (I highly recommend you start every day this way anyway!) Everyone has many things they can be thankful for. If you don't think that you do, you're not putting much effort into this. The next time you get out of bed and stub your toe (or whatever!) and find yourself starting to think what an awful day it's going to be, start going through all the things you have to be thankful for. You may be surprised that after you intentionally do this enough, it will become automatic to you and you will find you are doing it without realizing it. That is called a habit and it is the kind of habit that we want to engage in.

Then sit back and watch how much better your life will become. You are the only one that can make this change and see the benefits it will have in your life. Only you. Soon others will begin to ask you what you are doing that you look so good lately!

And until you change what is wrong with your own thinking and your own self, you cannot begin to change what's wrong with the world. You can sit and discuss what's wrong with the world, what's wrong with the government, what's wrong with the schools, blah, blah, blah, ad nauseum, etc., etc. The more you talk about "what is", the more "what is" you are going to get.

It is all orchestrated by this Universal Law you all have heard me talk so much about called the "Law of Attraction". And your vibration sets it all into motion. And when You set your mind on what you desire, what you truly want and the way you truly want it to be, then stand back and "allow" it to happen. That is one of the other Universal Laws that goes hand in hand with the Law of Attraction...the "Law of Allowing". Things are going to happen whether you want them to or not so why not put out positive vibrations instead of negative ones and allow the positive energy to flow into your experience? You are always living a reflection of what you are outputting. Nothing ever happens to you that is not part of the vibration you sent out.

It may feel like denial at first, like you're trying to live in a fantasy land and frankly...I hope so! Would that be so bad if good things started happening to you more and more because you consciously put out good-feeling thoughts? Of course not! I can only hope that you are denying those things that do not feel good to you and do not make you happy. And embrace the things that do make you happy even if right now they are only good-feeling thoughts. In time, they will bring an abundance of good-feeling reality into your experience. I have seen it work first-hand and know that this is truth.

Before we can heal the world, we have to heal ourselves first. And we each have the power within us to do this. When Jesus said, "all this you can do and more", what did you think he was talking about? For most of our lives, we have been told only God, Jesus and maybe those saints up in Heaven had power like this. What do you think your soul is? It is a part of God that is within each of us. And it is eternal. Rather than thinking of yourself as a "body with a soul", start thinking of yourself as a "soul with a body". Teilhard de Chardin (a French Jesuit and Philosopher) said "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience." Truer words were never spoken. We only come here for the development and advancement of our souls.

So put good thoughts and vibrations out there by focusing on that which you do want. Then sit back and watch what happens as a result. You will find that you are drawing into your experience more and more that is pleasing to you and those things that are not so pleasing to you will become more and more rare.

Eventually, you will do it more and more automatically without even realizing it has now become your habit. And you will want it for all of those that you love.

The Future...Wayseers Unite

Does it feel like time is going by faster and faster these days? That is because it is. So much has happened this past year that I wouldn't even know where to begin to cover it all. Suffice to say that it has, for the most part, all been good.

We are entering a new phase for humanity and mankind in general, which is known as the "Golden Age". There is much talk about 2012; many predictions of doom and gloom and the end of the world. I happen to know that there is no apocalyptic or major catastrophic event that is coming; rather we are gradually moving into an awakening of spiritual consciousness. An awareness that we are all one collective consciousness.

I have heard many people say that they feel something different these days. Many cannot put their finger on just what it is they are feeling, only that it is different. Some feel the need to join religious groups when they never would have dreamed of doing such a thing just a few years ago. They just know that it feels right to do so. Others stay in a state of bewilderment, not really understanding what is going on, only that things seem somehow different. Some are frightened by what they are feeling, others not so much.

There are many of us who do understand what is going on. I have personally been lead to many truths in recent years. I say "lead" because the information I have run across is coming from many different directions yet it all seems to be pointing me in the same direction. We do not know exactly what will transpire. Only that changes are coming and that they will be good. Man will be able to choose whether he wants to be in an enlightened state or not. Those that are not ready will simply remain the same and that is perfectly alright. It is where they are meant to be.

Many of us have chosen this lifetime because we knew that it was going to be a time unlike any other in Earth's and mankind's history and we wanted to be present for it. Others chose it but don't remember that they have intentionally chosen it because they have gotten caught up in the earthly, human ways and have neglected their own spiritual side. Those are the ones who feel bewildered most of the time.

Many of us are what are known as "lightworkers", who will help others to understand what is happening to them. It has already begun. It is too late to turn back the hands of time. We will help those who are unenlightened with love and light and healing for everyone. I have been told by an angel that I am one of these "lightworkers" as is my friend Mariel and I love the idea of being able to help many to understand the changes that are coming. I have set many on the path to understanding in recent years and hope to help many more. My friend Mariel is also a lightworker as she has the gift of healing and also has intuitive gifts as do I.

We look forward to the time that is rapidly approaching and are very thirsty for more knowledge - all we can get our hands on! It is very much a learning experience and I have learned more in the past few years than in the previous 10 or more years...maybe even more. And many others also thirst for more knowledge so they do like we do, search...and read...and listen.

They say prayer is when you talk to God and meditation is when you listen! Truer words could not be said for it is in those quiet moments of meditation that many things have come to me that probably would not have come to me otherwise. And I know it is the truth.

Many who read this will think people like me are a little off...and this is okay too. They can think what they like, I know what is the truth. I don't worry any more about what others think. The truth is what matters.
